When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you give us — and that's it. We use it for one purpose: to tell you about upcoming trips and PTO Plan updates. We never sell your email, and we don't share it with advertisers.

If you choose to receive trip alerts, that's consent you can withdraw at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email we send, or by writing to us.

Cookies are small files your browser stores. We group them by purpose:

• Essential (always on). Needed for the site to work — remembering your cookie choice and keeping forms secure. These can't be switched off.
• Analytics (only with your consent). Help us understand which trips and pages people love, so we can plan better ones. Currently not active.
• Advertising (only with your consent). Allow us to measure ad campaigns and show our trips to women interested in women's group travel. Currently not active.

Wherever you are, including the US, analytics and advertising cookies stay switched off until you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the button below. We also honor "Do Not Sell or Share" and Global Privacy Control requests under US state privacy laws.

Our website and email hosting providers process data on our behalf so the site can run and we can email you. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we'll update this page to name them and describe what they receive before they go live.

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we'll take care of it promptly.
